With your own domain name site, you can additionally have an anonymous FTP site. This will allow you to provide files to the general community via FTP. It can also allow anyone to upload files to your FTP site for retrieval later if so desired. The current rates for this service are listed on the Services Page.
Below are described some of the anonymous FTP services. Please note that these are only available to clients who have an anonymous FTP account with Speedsoft.
Incoming Directory
In some cases it would be desirable to allow your users to upload to your anonymous FTP server. Separating these files into their own directory is a form of damage control. If someone uploads a virus hopefully its damage is confined to the incoming directory. If you see no reason to permit uploads then there is no reason to create one. Please contact support@speedsoft.com to get instructions on how to create an incoming directory.
